With over ten years of experience as a certified Biofield Tuning practitioner (trained through Eileen Day McKusick, Biofieldtuning.com) and licensed massage therapist, I’m dedicated to helping individuals achieve deep healing and relaxation.

My goal is to help you feel better and lighter from the inside out. My journey toward a wellness career began with a BS in Behavioral Science and a BFA in Applied Arts (Crafts) before pursuing my certification as a Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner and licensure as a massage therapist. I am dedicated to the health and wellness industry; my purpose is for people to feel more themselves in their bodies and learn firsthand how their body has the immense capacity to heal itself without drugs or medication.

I also have a deep interest in emotional wellness and energy healing to help clients reconnect with their authentic selves. Biofield Tuning supports profound shifts—improving sleep, clarity, emotional balance, and physical relief. Sessions are offered in person or remotely, with flexible scheduling.

I specialize in intuitive massage, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, Swedish, cupping, and percussion therapy. I LOVE learning more about the human body, and I am currently pursuing certifications in lymphatic, oncology, fusion medical massage and a practitionership in Somatic Integration of the Parasympathetic Nervous system.

In my free time, I enjoy learning, travel, beach days, thrifting, laughter, art, and time with family and close friends.

Dr. Sarah Karsmarski is a board-certified and licensed Acupuncture Physician in Saint Augustine, Florida, with 15 years of experience. She received her degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from Five Branches University, in Santa Cruz, California where she started her first private practice as a Chinese Medicine Primary Care Physician. She is also a licensed Doctor of Acupuncture in Rhode Island where she had a thriving practice for the last 7 years before moving to beautiful Saint Augustine with her family.

In 2012 Sarah completed an advanced study program at integrative medicine hospitals in Hangzhou, China, and worked with specialists in women’s health, mental health, pediatrics, and nutrition. Besides her private practice, she has helped run community acupuncture clinics to provide services to Veterans, and those in mental health programs. She has also worked with top doctors providing fertility treatments pregnancy, and postpartum care. Sarah completed a master study program in Herbal Medicine with Heiner Fruehauf in 2022. In 2023 she trained with Michelle Gellis in cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling. Sarah is also certified in Acupuncture Injection Therapy, and is trained in Japanese style, Five Elements, and in Yin Tuina.
